Sliders: drag, or ←→ a step, PgUpPgDn bigger steps, the mouse wheel over a slider (Shift: ×10), double-click a control for its default, click a value (or Enter on it) to type one: the parameter's raw number, as the tooltip shows its range; a list is a menu (arrows, or type its first letters). A dot after a label: not its default. Edits play at once, as the knobs do; the FM-1's own knobs show here too. A sound group in GLOBAL uses the global copy (dimmed); editing it makes it the preset's OWN, as on the FM-1. "global copy" edits the global one itself (the GLO pages).
